Friends so far - 2

He is 35 years old, was my mentor in my first internship and been friends ever since. He has made the highest number of FOB jokes on me. Many of you must be wondering, how can I be friends with a person who is much elder than me? The answer to this : I don't know. I believe we have nothing in common, yet have so much. I can never ever forget what he has done for me in the past and still does. Thank you BM! You are not only my guide, mentor but a friend for life.

I have known her since I was two. Went to the same schools as kids and were the best of friends - I guess still are. It is difficult comprehending all of it together, all those years that we spend together, the numerous fights over trivial things of minimal importance; which meant the world to us at that time. I always used to be a broke kid because my parents never gave me more than Rs. 10 in value. While she on the other hand used to get around Rs. 25 ( if I correctly remember ) and we together had the worst of food when it came in terms of sanitation. Yet, those moments were like probably the best days of my life. I always dreamed of growing up one day because I hated being a kid and bullied by everyone else. But when I grew up today, I find that the world is much more intricate than in a child's imagination. Within a figment, those good dreams burst into bubbles. But girl, I know you are reading this. You will be my best friend forever and ever and I am just glad that we have been friends through thick and thin. I am extremely lucky or blessed to have such a caring friend in my life like you.

What to say about this guy! The thought of him brings tears of laughter. As far as I have known him , he has never EVER been serious, comes up with some of the best jokes I have ever heard. I met him during my first week at Drexel and shared the good and broke times together, still do. Its funny how we are TOTALLY and drastically different in every aspect - name it, we are different. There is nothing similar in what we do, nor the way we think, yet we are the best of friends when it comes to sharing opinions, experiences, life in general. I just want to say that you are my funniest and best friends and hope you crack the same level of jokes that you do ( YES, it comes back for a recall!! ). We are friends for life dude. Homies ! :)

She is the style icon! She believes in brands and showing it off to everyone else around her. And every time she does it, she takes great pride and somehow draws immense joy from it. Very chirpy and bright, she is one of the best of best friends for life..I don't know if words are enough to describe her...she has excelled in everything that she did/does so far - whether it be academics, sports, debating ( she kicks ass at this ) , or even when it came to boyfriends. She is my mom's role model on how I-should-be-like-her stereotypes. lol..We have a lot of nostalgia together but if I had to pick one, that would be she and me hanging out in her terrace and having ice creams at almsot -10 C. ( I know its ridiculous ). I just want to say that you girl, despite being my best friend built steel inside me to fight for the harder situations in life and made me more competitive and a stronger person in general. You are what you are always to me !
